While weddings are our specialty, Nina Herrick Events also helps plan and coordinate other meaningful celebrations. From engagement parties and bridal showers to rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays, and private gatherings, we’re here to make your event feel organized, thoughtful, and enjoyable.​One of the biggest benefits of having an event coordinator is that you actually get to enjoy the event you worked so hard to plan. I’ve hosted many events myself and remember feeling completely exhausted by the end, realizing I barely had time to enjoy the people I invited.​Our role is to handle the details, manage the flow of the event, and take care of the little things behind the scenes so you can relax, be present, and truly enjoy celebrating with your guests.

Essential Event Support:

Starting at $750 |  4-5 Hours On-Site

This package is perfect for smaller gatherings where you simply want professional support so you can relax and enjoy the event. We’ll assist with setup, keep the event flowing smoothly, and help manage key moments so everything runs seamlessly.

Best for:
Birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, and intimate gatherings.

Full-Scale Event Management:

Starting at $1,800 | 8+ Hours On-Site

Designed for larger or more complex events that require additional oversight and planning support. We assist with timelines, vendor coordination, and managing the overall flow of the event from beginning to end.

Best for:
Large celebrations, multi-phase events, and all-day gatherings.

Signature Event Coordination:

Starting at $1,200 | 6–8 Hours On-Site

Our most popular option for social events. This package provides full coordination from setup through breakdown, allowing you to be fully present with your guests while we handle the details and vendor communication.

Best for:
Milestone celebrations, graduation parties, and larger private events.

Additional Event Staff

Larger events may require additional team members to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Additional Event Staff: $30 per hour, per staff member


Staffing recommendations are based on guest count, event size, and overall complexity.
