-1 Month out final detailing meeting and one week out final detailing review -Final timeline for ceremony & reception -Day of point of contact & one additional coordinator -All day of communication with vendors including but not limited to drop off, deliveries, arrival & final payment (when applicable) -1 hour rehearsal plan & coordination -Day of Ceremony and Reception coordination & control of flow of event -Setup of decor, linens, napkins & flower placement (does not include floral design). Customized per event.
